About This Job

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Product Design Team, helping bring the Shireburn brand and marketing campaign ideas to life.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of creative work across digital, print, web, events and social media. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams especially marketing, turning briefs and concepts into engaging, polished designs that strengthen our brand and communicate clearly.
The role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys variety, moves confidently from concept to delivery and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

What you’ll do

  • Create engaging designs and digital ads for marketing and lead generation campaigns, for LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other social media or online channels.
  • Design website pages, landing pages and visual improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Produce sales presentations, brochures, case studies and other business collateral.
  • Design event materials, signage, merchandise and print-ready artwork.
  • Create, maintain and evolve our brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Create visual concepts, illustrations, graphics and templates that can be used across the business.
  • Support photography, video production and basic editing where required.
  • Prepare artwork for production and coordinate with printers and creative suppliers.
  • Creating simple animations or motion assets for digital use.
  • Manage multiple design projects while delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Ensure all creative output is visually consistent, accurate and aligned with our brand.

What we’re looking for

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital and print design work.
  • At least three years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.
  • Experience using Figma for web design, layouts and collaborative projects.
  • A strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience preparing artwork for both digital use and professional printing.
  • The ability to interpret a brief, develop creative concepts and take work through to final delivery.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The confidence to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Photography, video editing, motion graphics or animation skills would be an advantage.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • Are creative, curious and full of ideas.
  • Care deeply about quality and consistency.
  • Enjoy taking ownership of your work.
  • Can balance creativity with practical business needs.
  • Welcome feedback and collaborate well with others.
  • Are comfortable working on several different projects at once.

What success looks like

  • A strong, distinctive and consistently applied brand.
  • High-quality creative work delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Engaging and compelling designs that communicate clearly and support business objectives.
  • Well-organised creative files, templates and brand assets.
  • Positive collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.
